Welcome to MOMW!


Our MOMW course is to help you take control of your life to be able to have constant mental wellbeing

It is based on mindfulness and universal principles, which have been verified for many years to be working and, which are accepted for their success.

Our holistic method consists in helping you fill yourself with wellbeing and let it be a leading force in your life. 

This process will help you: 

  • Practise universal principles aiming at creating

      a new you,

  • Feel powerful and in charge of your life, body and mind,
  • And develop greater confidence that you can successfully retain this power in you.


Employers


As a UKLS, we can either provide the course or have it delivered and we can give training to your chosen member of staff to manage the course at your office. As a preventive method, the course is easy, fun and very effective to follow at work or at home.

Education


As a registered UKLP, we can both provide the course and have it delivered to schools, colleges and universities to have a preventive and healing impact on their students and staff. It can be taught in PHSE, can be presented in assemblies or during staff training.
