to meet the needs of your students.


The Course Structure: 

The first printed edition of the course as
a 280-page book in which has twelve titled chapters or modules. Each module contains thirteen short titled sections, such as learning, questions, activities, commitments, plan of action, to help you start improving your mental wellbeing, and a progress check table.
The Course Format:

The new booklet format of the course makes it easier for schools to give support to their students in the classroom, during lessons such as PHSE and small learning groups.
A book format is also available to use as needed by teachers for their  students. 
 The Aim of the Course:

It is to remind you that your body and  mind need to work in partnership and unity, and to show you how to practise caring for your mind just as you do for your body. In each module, you are advised and shown how to make a plan to give continuous care to your mind, until you can make it a lifestyle.
